In cooperation with the Saudi Wildlife Committee
East Chamber intends to hold a workshop titled (land and sea pollution and its effects on the environment), on Tuesday morning 22/3/2016 in cooperation with the Saudi Wildlife Committee, to discuss the major challenges facing the environment and ways to deal with them.
The secretary-general of the East Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al wabel said that the workshop, which was held at headquarters of the Chamber of Dammam, where a number of speakers and experts are involved, where there will be a reviewing of the latest tools and methods to keep the sea and wild life environment, and the latest international experiences in this field.
Al wabel said that this workshop comes within the framework of the many efforts by the Chamber Environment Committee to raise awareness of the importance of collecting the wastes of the industrial ,human and agricultural that is harmful to the environment and turning them into basic materials for useful economic projects, and that is to protect the country from the negative consequences resulting from them. Also this workshop embodies the fact of cooperation and communication between the chamber on the one hand, and the Saudi Committee of primitive life on the other hand, where the workshop will include a special presentation of the Committee 's efforts to preserve the environment, and raising the level of safety and hygiene in it.
The Chamber asked the participants in the industrial sector, as well as the ones interested and concerned with the environment and preserving it to participate in the workshop because of its importance and that is for what the land and sea pollution could cause of dangers damaging the environment and affecting human life in general.
